It's my sketch of another character from :icondcleadboot: DCLeadboot, Hydrex Leroy Rudderbuck the otter Drawn in my version of SAGA FANTASTIC-ALL Bluth, similar to my Luther Lutharie Cartoon!
Both otters males are almost equal, and occasionally wear swimming trunks... ;-)
